We provide individualised care to people living with an Acquired Brain Injury. Our aim is to ensure that people who have sustained a traumatic brain injury, stroke or have another similar condition are provided with the clinical, emotional and therapy support required to maintain their health and independence.

Spinal injuries can affect people in different ways from mild to severe interventions being required. As such your care will be planned to meet your individual needs such as mobility support, bowel and continence management and nutrition and tube feeding. Our nurses and carers will also be fully trained to use any equipment you require to increase your quality of life.
Respiratory Support
Our highly trained staff provide nurse-led breathing and ventilation support to those living with complex conditions. From Long Term Oxygen Therapy to Non-Invasive and Invasive Ventilation, our team of experts will ensure compassionate care delivery that is also aligned to your wider health and holistic needs.
Neurological Conditions
There are a wide range of neurological conditions with many occurring alongside other degenerative diseases. We ensure that people who have conditions such as Parkinson’s Disease, Motor Neurone Disease, Cerebral Palsy, and Multiple Sclerosis can receive support with their mobility, breathing, medication and pain management and dietary intake, all while maintaining social and family connections.
Dementia & Cognitive Support
There are many different types of Dementia and, as the causes and symptoms can often vary drastically, it is important to have carers who understand these differences, are specially trained and have experience of providing support that is familiar without restricting new and future experiences. Our care staff are able to provide emotional support, one to one engagement while ensuring a proactive lifestyle. We are able to provide support from just a few hours per day all the way through to 24-hour live-in care.
Home Care
We offer flexible, tailored home care services designed to maintain people’s quality of life, confidence, and comfort in their own home. All care is offered on a bespoke one to one basis with several options available from daily visits through to live in care. Our dedicated care professionals are able to assist with all care needs, such as personal care, medication assistance, household tasks and companionship.

In order to develop a plan of care that meets your clinical, social, and personal needs, it is paramount that you, your family, and your wider team of health and social care professionals are included throughout the process.
To ensure this happens, one of our specially trained qualified nurses will visit you in person, either at home or in your current care setting, to establish what your bespoke package of care will include. This is not only the first chance for us to establish your care requirements, but also gives you an opportunity to ask us questions and have valuable input into shaping your care.
We understand that entrusting your health to care professionals can seem daunting. This is why we work with you to implement, review, and adapt your care at regular intervals. Not only will you be visited regularly by your designated senior nurse, but we will also ensure you receive continuity of care by establishing your own small team of nurses and carers.
We believe this allows us to provide a professional service, tailored to you with a personal touch. We deliver high-quality care whilst building positive lasting relationships.
